Please join us in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Student Series by making a donation to our fundraising campaign. Thanks to your support, our efforts will help fund the therapies and treatments that save lives today.
For over 65 years LLS has invested more than $1 billion to advance cancer therapies and save lives.
Last year alone LLS invested nearly $79.8 million in cutting-edge research. And many LLS-supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients, but are now used to treat patients with other forms of cancers as well. Nearly 40% of new cancer therapies approved by the FDA between 2000 and 2014 were first approved for blood cancer patients.
We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They will not not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.

Thanks so much to the Interact Club at HSES for partnering for this most worthy cause and also to Mr. Tavel's class. Barbara H. Rubin was the grandmother of Blessed Memory of Jessica Rubin, a student in Mr. Tavel's 5th Grade Class, Isabella Rubin, a student in Ms. Tooley's 5th Grade Class and Evan Rubin a student, in Mrs. Mann's 3rd Grade Class. Mrs. Rubin, passed away on October 4, 2009, of AML, after only a courage six month battle since being diagnosed with the horrible disease.
