Lehigh Valley Students of the Year
Team Parkettes | Team Parkettes's Campaign Team
Parkettes Gymnastics is proud to have three of their gymnasts qualify as canidates for the first anual Students of the Year competition. Meredith Sylvia, Alex lacey amd Amelia Cassady will compete as the "Parkettes" team in a seven week fundraising competition for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The money they raise will help pateints battling blood cancer and their families. These three girls are very excited to be part of the initiative as it will fund treatments for patients. These treatments will be geared twoard curing blood cancer but very well lead to a cure for all cancer. These three gymnasts are more than willing to lend their time and energy to find a cure.
One reason that this cause is so close to our heart is a little girl named Coco. Coco was diagonsed with JMML (a rare childhood Leukemia) when she was just three months old. She had a long road of recovery but is now 100% in remission and cancer free! She is also enjoying her year as a first grader and a gymnast at Parkettes. Coco inspires us everyday.
Can we count on you for a donation to the world's largest voluntary health organization dedicated to the funding of blood cancer research? Your dollar could be the very dollar that finds a cure! We thank you in advance <3
Welcome To My Fundraising Page.
Please join me in supporting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) by making a donation to my fundraising campaign. Thanks to your support, my efforts, will help fund the therapies and treatments and help save lives today.
LLS's continued advancements over the years, are responsible for the blood cancer survival rate doubling and tripling; in some cases, the survival rate has even quadrupled.
And many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients but are now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers. They're even being tested in clinical trials for patients with a range of cancers including lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. LLS funded drugs are now being tested for patients with other non-cancerous diseases like Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.
We really are changing the face of blood cancer!
All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. They'll not only support LLS research but patient services, advocacy, public and professional education, and community services as well.
Please visit my Web site often and bring friends who would also like to donate!
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere I thank you for your support!
