We are pleased to announce that as part of FMC Corporation’s ongoing partnership with the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS) we are sponsoring the 2018 Big Climb Philly held here in our building on Saturday, May 19th. As part of this partnership, we are proud to form an FMC team to fundraise and climb together in support of fighting blood cancers.
Big Climb Philly is LLS’s annual stair climb to the top of one of Philadelphia skyscrapers, challenging the community to join LLS in the battle against blood cancers! Rising above the dynamic cityscape of Philadelphia, the climb is an inspiring, one-of-a-kind event, providing an opportunity for participants to climb 1,065 steps making it a total of 46 floors and 735 feet of vertical feet of elevation all the way to the top of FMC Tower at Cira Centre South in support of the LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
The FMC Corporation team is excited to participate this year and has an initial goal to raise $10,000! Getting involved is easy! You, your family and friends can join our team and help us achieve and exceed this target.
To participate, register at www.bigclimbphilly.org. Select “join a team”, sign in and search “FMC Corp”. Once you complete the registration process you will officially be a part of the team! In order to receive a climb bib and time assignment, all registered participants must individually meet the $100 fundraising minimum by climb day.
