The Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble is in memory of Walter A. Rhulen, a dedicated runner, and local humanitarian. This is a top local 5K road race in the Hudson Valley and we are proud to see how much it has grown over the last twenty-five years. This event is a major fund-raiser for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and we hope you can come on out to run, ramble and party!
25th Annual Rhulen Rock Hill Run and Ramble
When: Saturday, June 17, 2017.
Where: Frontier Insurance Headquarters on Lake Louise Marie road in Rock Hill, NY, just off Route 17's exit 109.
Race day registration 7:00- 8:45 am. We really encourage pre-registration by June 1st -- otherwise, you aren't guaranteed the cool T-shirt! Sign up now!
Fees: On-Line Adults $25 by May 15; $30 by June 14; $35 Race Day & Mail In ; Kids 10 & Under $15 by May 15; $20 by June 14; $20 on Race Day or Mail-In.

Time of Race: 5K walk/run will begin at 9:00 am
Course: Fast, flat, loop around scenic Lake Louise Marie.
Timing: Chronotrack disposable race bib timing chips.
Post Race: We welcome runners and ramblers from all over the Hudson Valley to join us after the race for a lunch buffet, great live music and the Best Health Fair in the County under the tent.
Awards: Presented to top finishers in each 5 year age group. Prize money awarded to overall top three Male/Female finishers; Masters Overall Male/Female
