In Loving Memory of Alexander J. Wroblewski
Alex 'Albo' initially began fundraising for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a way of honoring his late uncle, John Wroblewski. This is a cause that Alex became more passionate about over time, and is evidenced in the speech he gave at the Kickoff event for his Man of the Year team Wroblewski's Warriors (http://bit.ly/2zKDkO2). Albo always had a kind spirit and a giving heart, but fiercely embraced the opportunity to be a part of something bigger than himself. Throughout the 10-week campaign, he spoke often of his pride in the LLS mission, and how much he enjoyed hosting his events (which were always a great time). Family request in lieu of flowers contributions be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Alex's Rowhouse Grille family is also joining in on keeping Alex's spirit alive through his LLS legacy. In Albo's memory, Rowhouse Grille is donating all proceeds from sales of Heavy Seas Loose Cannon, Deep Eddie Grapefruit or one of the delicious personal pizzas (a menu favorite of Al's) to LLS in Albo's name. Please visit Rowhouse Grille (1400 Light Street, Baltimore, MD 21230) and show your support.
Alex’s passion and love for his community will live on through all of us, and his memory and spirit will be commemorated at future LLS MWOY events.
We love you, Alex!
On behalf of blood cancer patients everywhere I thank you for your support!
