Dear Friends & Family,

We are very excited to share with you that we have been nominated to represent the Wilton community in the 2020 Students of The Year campaign! Over the next seven weeks we will be working to raise money and awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and their mission, which is to cure Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life for patients and their families.

It’s an honor to be part of such an outstanding group of wonderful students, but an even larger honor to be able to work for the patients, survivors, and their families. We decided to back LLS because we believe that no one should have to suffer through these cancers anymore. 

Our goal is to raise $10,000 between January 23rd and March 12th. It's a lofty goal, but we are willing to work hard to reach it. We cannot do it alone, we need your help. 

To get more involved, here are some other ways you can help support us:

• Help secure an auction item for the Grand Finale gala
• Help connect us to a donor or foundation that may want to support us
• Help host an event on behalf of our team
• Help us secure a corporate sponsor

Not only is this campaign a great way to support LLS and their life-saving work, but it’s a great leadership opportunity for us. Students receive scholarships based on our fundraising and awareness efforts. We are so excited to be able to make a difference in our community in this way. We are the future of philanthropists trying to leave a lasting impact across our communities and the country!
